Purchased items maybe returned/exchanged, excluding Sale items at your own

postage cost this applies to Australia and New Zealand only.

If you are going to return/exchange items notify us by email at

info@harryhooper.com.au within 8 days of purchase date. You will receive a

reference number to be recorded on your returns sheet. The item(s) must be

delivered within 5 working days of email notification.

You will need to enclose a prepaid post bag to return/exchange item(s).Harry

Hooper suggests. that you use registered mail eg Express Post so you can

track your returned item(s) Harry Hooper will not be held responsible for

returned item(s) by you that get lost in the mail.

 

Use the email return/exchange sent to you to tell us the reason why you want

to return/exchange the item(s).

 

All items must be in a new, unwashed and unworn/unused condition

 

Harry Hooper will not honor any item(s) returned/exchanged that are not

returned new, unwashed and in an unworn/unused condition if we consider the

item(s) to have used Harry Hooper will not accept your return/exchange

Returned items will be processed within 7-14 of receipt of the package and

advise us of your method of payment has occurred.
