“Harry Hooper” is a business name registered pursuant to the laws of the State of New South Wales Commonwealth of Australia and is owned by Jade Park Nominees Pty Ltd ACN 131 953 832 ABN 68 798 970 480  having its principal place of business at 209 Clovelly Rd, Clovelly NSW 2031.

The Business will comply with the Privacy principles as set out by the Federal Privacy Commissioner.

In the course of dealing with the Business you will be giving the Business information including your personal credit information that may otherwise not be readily available and that information gained through our on-line activities and our sales and marketing personnel may be  kept and used for our on-line dealings and  marketing with you including promotion of our product lines to you. Personally sensitive information will not be kept or recorded and all other information collected, will be subject to the safeguards of our strict data security policies.

In all respects the data available to us from you will be treated in the way prescribed in the Privacy Act 1988 and further prescribed in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2010.and your information will not be shared with third parties.
