Delivery

Deliveries to Australia are made by  Australia Post and can arrive within 1-7 business days from date of order, not including weekend or public holidays. All deliveries in Australia incur a standard shipping cost of $10.

New Zealand deliveries are made through Australia Post and can arrive within 2-10 business days, not including weekend or public holidays. All orders though New Zealand have a standard shipping cost of $24.50.

Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the following business day, depending on your delivery address.

It is important to provide your daytime postal address and phone number with your order.   Requests for a second delivery will incur additional fees.

Orders outside of Australia could incur import or customs duty. Any fees will be charged once the package reaches its destination. All charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not have any control over these charges . You may need to contact your local customs office to find out further information.

All deliveries will receive a tracking number which will enable you to follow your parcel’s progress via the Australia Posts Web site. www.auspost.com.au <http://www.auspost.com.au/>
